Message I remember once when I was putting the cam cams on a head that I was putting together for one of my friends..

I was using a Tq wrench (but I dropped it earlier that day).

So as I was on the LAST cam cap bolt.. I kept turning and turning.. thinking.. "man, this one takes forever"..I kept going because I didn't hear the "click"

Well.. I ended up hearing it, but it wasn't the "click" I was waiting for.. AHYHHHHHHHHHH!! I was so pissed.

Then another time.. Doing a head gasket change on a Prelude... I was torqeing everything down on the head bolts, In the skip/cross/etc pattern.. All where fine. I go to each ONE more time to hear that click and the LAST one snapped! ( I was just using a cheapie tq wrench..) (of course I already connected all the vacuum lines and electrical stuff).

I am assuming the bolt was previously fatigued and stretched. I was so pissed. I had to take EVERYTHING back off to get that repaired.

Lesson learned for me.. No more cheap crap for tools.

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
